It is a very beautiful, more traditional Malaysian hotel with an amazing foyer featuring huge chandeliers. The staff are very polite and helpful at all times, and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The buffet breakfast was the best I have ever encountered, with a huge selection of foods. The communication and check in process was very smooth even though we were checking in past midnight. The unit itself was spacious, excellent view of the Petronas twin towers, and had all the ammeneties a family could ask for including a beautiful roof top pool.
